Neck Procedures
The cervical spine enables head movement and carries nerves that control arm and leg function. Common issues include herniated discs, degeneration, and stenosis, causing pain, stiffness, numbness, or weakness. Most cases are treated without surgery, but when needed, advanced methods like artificial disc replacement and microsurgery are used.
Middle Back Procedures
This part of the spine supports torso movement and contains nerves affecting balance and leg function. Common problems include degeneration, stenosis, and tumors, leading to back pain, balance issues, or bladder/bowel problems. Minimally invasive techniques can often resolve these conditions.
Lower Back Procedures
The lumbar spine carries body weight, enables movement, and houses nerves for leg and bladder function. Conditions like herniation, degeneration, stenosis, tumors, or fractures may cause pain, stiffness, or mobility issues. Today, most are treated successfully—often without hospitalization—using advanced techniques like artificial disc replacement and microdecompression.

Dr. Imad Ahmad Tarn is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with more than two decades of clinical experience in oral surgery, dental implantology, and maxillofacial procedures. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Belgrade before completing his specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has also completed advanced postgraduate training in implantology, endodontics, laser dentistry, and craniofacial surgery. 

Having practiced in both Syria and Qatar, Dr. Tarn has extensive experience in the surgical management of oral and maxillofacial conditions. His areas of expertise include dental implants, wisdom tooth extraction, oral surgery, facial trauma, bone grafting, and the management of complex oral and maxillofacial conditions. He has undertaken internationally recognized implant training, including advanced programs at New York University, and is a member of the Euro Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Syrian Dental Association. 

Dr. Tarn is committed to providing safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care, utilizing the latest surgical techniques and technologies to deliver optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes for every patient.
