- Insurance acceptance does not guarantee reimbursement.
- Prior written approval is required for all procedures.
- Any shortfalls or non-covered services are the patient’s responsibility.
- Advance payment is required for all services, in accordance with our billing policy.
- Outpatient approvals typically take 10–20 minutes, depending on insurer processes. We appreciate your patience and are here to assist every step of the way.
