Neck Procedures
The cervical spine enables head movement and carries nerves that control arm and leg function. Common issues include herniated discs, degeneration, and stenosis, causing pain, stiffness, numbness, or weakness. Most cases are treated without surgery, but when needed, advanced methods like artificial disc replacement and microsurgery are used.
Middle Back Procedures

Dr. Mashaer Elhag Mohamed Elmekki is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology with extensive experience in providing comprehensive care for women across all stages of life, from adolescence through menopause. She specializes in the management of low- and high-risk pregnancies, advanced childbirth care, gynecological conditions, and family planning.

Dr. Mashaer holds an MBBS from the University of Khartoum, the Arab Board of Medical Specializations in Obstetrics & Gynecology (CABOG), MRCOG and FRCOG, an Ian Donald Diploma, and a Master’s Degree in Advanced Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Her areas of expertise include the management of early pregnancy complications, recurrent pregnancy loss, menstrual disorders, PCOS, ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, gynecological infections, menopause, obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound, hysteroscopy, and gynecological cancer screening.
