He has consistently driven transformation, operational excellence, and innovative integrated care models that prioritize high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
Dr. Habib’s achievements include successfully leading NHS APMS contracts in the UK, securing Joint Commission International (JCI) and other prestigious accreditations, and spearheading value-based care initiatives. Throughout his career, he has held key executive positions, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief of Staff, and Executive Director, where he has led strategic partnerships, clinical governance, and sustainable growth in diverse healthcare environments.
He holds a Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK) and is an alumnus of the Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford.
