Dr. Lolwa Mohammed Alansari is a Senior Consultant in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology with more than 30 years of experience in women’s healthcare, including over two decades of specialized expertise in infertility, assisted reproductive technology (IVF), and reproductive medicine.
She is certified by both the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (London, UK) and the Arab Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG), UK, and completed an advanced Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine at the Bristol Centre for Reproductive Medicine, United Kingdom. In addition she also holds a Fellowship in Quality and Patient Safety. And she serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medicine–Qatar.
Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Alansari has held several prestigious leadership positions, including Program Director of the Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program, then Chairperson of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Hamad Medical Corporation.
She also played a pivotal leadership role in achieving international recognition for Hamad Medical Corporation as a Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. Internationally, she served as Chairperson of the Qatar International Representative Committee of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG).
Dr. Alansari has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed scientific publications, conference abstracts, and book chapters, reflecting her significant contributions to academic medicine and women’s health research.
Her areas of expertise include infertility & IVF, Repeated IVF failure, reproductive endocrinology, reproductive immunology , recurrent pregnancy loss, high-risk pregnancy and comprehensive gynecological care.
She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized care while continually advancing excellence in clinical practice, medical education, and research.
