Neck Procedures
The cervical spine enables head movement and carries nerves that control arm and leg function. Common issues include herniated discs, degeneration, and stenosis, causing pain, stiffness, numbness, or weakness. Most cases are treated without surgery, but when needed, advanced methods like artificial disc replacement and microsurgery are used.
Middle Back Procedures
This part of the spine supports torso movement and contains nerves affecting balance and leg function. Common problems include degeneration, stenosis, and tumors, leading to back pain, balance issues, or bladder/bowel problems. Minimally invasive techniques can often resolve these conditions.

Professor Radwan Faraj is Head of Fertility and Senior Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, with over 20 years of international experience in women’s health, reproductive medicine, and minimally invasive gynaecological surgery. A Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG), he has held senior clinical and academic positions across the United Kingdom and the Middle East, building extensive expertise in the diagnosis and management of complex gynaecological and fertility conditions.

His areas of expertise include infertility management, assisted conception, recurrent miscarriage, early pregnancy care, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), fibroids, aesthetic gynaecology, endometriosis, menstrual disorders, and advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery. He also has a special interest in the management of high-risk pregnancies and caearean sections.

Known for his compassionate and patient-centered approach, Professor Faraj combines advanced clinical expertise with the latest medical techniques to provide comprehensive, individualized care tailored to each patient's needs.
